Assemblyman Roger Dickinson has introduced legislation that would ban online sales of Smoke Free tobacco products and Ecigs - http://......./L3WWQL. Lets reach out to the California Committee on Governmental Organization (who has jurisdiction over tobacco issues) and tell them this is a bad idea.

Sen. .... Durbin seems to think that Celebs promoting Smoke Free Alternatives like ECigs on TV is “irresponsible”. To the contrary, we know that Public Health should be promoting these products. Celebrities sighted vaping helps adult smokers see that smoke free options like Ecigs are viable and available.

Let’s tell (IL) Sen Durbin, (OH) Sen. Brown, (CT) Sen. Blumenthal, and (MA) Sen. Markey that more adult smokers need to see Reduced Harm Tobacco Products AND see that they WORK.

In case you haven’t heard, 30 Days from now Chicago will become the first major US City to ban the use of Electronic Cigarettes in Public Indoor Places. On a happier note, Four Chicago Aldermen spoke in defense of Tobacco Harm Reduction and keeping ECigs visible and available to adults.
