Victory in Cali SB 648 has been pulled from the agenda. Everyone who took part in the past daily action plans desires to give themselves credit for this. They are afraid now to take a record vote on the issue.

Sanchez Releases Legislation Addressing E-Cigarettes, Other Tobacco Products | Jeffrey Sánchez

Today I released legislation that would restrict the sale of all tobacco and nicotine delivery products, including electronic cigarettes, to minors. Additionally, this bill would add e-cigarette use to the current workplace and public place smoking bans in Massachusetts. This legislation seeks to keep addictive nicotine products, like e-cigarettes, out of the hands of our youth to better ensure their healthy future.
