Still getting the FB warnings... Have you tried using the spreaddit outside of Facebook, then just compose the message in notepad and do a copy/paste?

I'm brand new to this so, I don't know how much help I can be w/ FB issues...

But, what exactly is giving you trouble?

I've been composing these in a Google Doc and then pasting them into the status. I don't paste directly to FB from spredit nor do I access spredit through FB (if that makes sense and/or answers your question).
