I use a needle nose squeeze bottle to fill my empty carts. It works excellently. You can stick the metal needle nose right down to the bottom of the cart and then gently squeeze until the top of the poly-fill gets saturated. Perfect fill every time. I got mine from a hobby store where they're sold (at a huge markup) as precision oilers.

So, the question is, wouldn't it be cool if some of the e-cigarette suppliers sold these as accessories? I'd love to be able to buy one or two when I get liquid and hardware at the various e-stores. It would be a great value add, and would save me trips to the over priced hobby place. The bottles are available in a number of configurations, and I think you can just get the screw caps as well.

Something to think about. If any supplier decides to do this, let me know. You can find places that sell these wholesale by searching Google.

I saw some at hobby lobby in the art supplies section. Looked like 15ml bottle with needle. I think it was less than $2.

I've been in touch with SleepHater at InnoVapor.com and he's going to be offering these soon. We're going to test a few and figure out which ones work best first, but then (assuming he can get a good deal on them) he'll add them to the accessories area of his site. They really are an excellent way to refill a cart. We just need to nail down what the best gauge for the needle tip is and what manufacturer makes the best/most cost effective version.
