filling carts by just dripping the juice in?

I tried filling a few carts the other nigh by lining them all up and filling them up a couple drops at a time. I let them sit and topped them off until the juice pooled at the top. I let them sit over night before using them to let the juice soak in. Is this ok to do?

Sure, that works. Some would argue that you may not be getting the best fill possible by dripping the top only.

There is the syringe camp that fills from the bottom up.

There are the smushers who drip from the top, smush the filler down, drip some more, pull the filler up, smush it down again, add a few more drops, pull the filler back up and top it off again.

The dippers dip the filler in a pool of liquid, insert it into the cart and top off. Sometimes these people will also smush.

Whatever works for you is best.
