Filling Carts With Liquid

I bought some empty carts and some e-liquid to fill them with. I took the cap off to fill them and they were obviously already full of liquid. Is that normal?

They have a black strip on the outside on the packaging that says MLB-HIG.

If you really ordered empty carts, sounds like you got a deal. They sent you Marlboro/High nic filled carts. How much did you pay for 5?

You received filled carts likely with marlboro flavor with a high nicotine content.

The empty carts usually go for half of the full cart price from what ive see. Nothing to complain about there.

Duh! I guess i did get a deal. I am new to this (first day) so I didn't connect the MLB-HIG to marlboro High.

I paid 4.50 for a pack of 5. Maybe I made a mistake when I ordered. Is that a normal price for blank carts?

I just looked and I think I thought I was ordering blank carts but it was my mistake. I don't even see blank carts on the website.

They were Marlboros 18mg.
