Well, if you're using regular sized carts and each cart holds approximately 1ml, you'll be able to fill 30 carts.
If you have never used liquid you are likely using cartomizers currently. What model do you have?
Edit; Ok, I looked at your other post. You have a V4L - which is a KR808D-1.
Do you mean carts or carto's?
The lingo on here is cart = cartridge and carto = cartomizer... easy to confuse the two...

It depends on your model. My small PV has carts that only hold .4 ml. And then there are cartomizers aka cartos (the combined atomizer+cart on 2-piece models and I think they can usually hold more between 1-2ml?
In addition, a lot of PVs don't fully empty carts, may start to taste a bit dry or put out less vapor when cart is 1/2 full, so a lot of people top off carts with 2+ drops when that happens (however much will make the cart look moist on top but not like a puddle).

The first fill on an empty cart (510 model) will usually hold about 11 drops. On average, if I vape the cart till it starts to "taste funny", I can cram 6-7 drops of juice into it. If there are about 20 drops per ml (I think thats pretty close) then there are approximately 600 drops in 30ml.
So, let met get my calculator..........about 100 cart refills for 30ml. Thats for me. Your mileage may vary.

Thanks everyone - At least now I know I a using a KR808-D1 and they take Cartomizers. Do you think I will ever get the hang of this. I love vaping.

I would estimate you could fill 30 blank/new cartomizers with a 30mL bottle. Or if your cartos have already been filled, you can refill 60 cartomizers with a 30mL bottle.
New fills = 1mL
Refills = 1/2mL
