Filling mega cartomizers for KR808D-1

Hooked up this baby to my brand new KR808D-1....and loving it!!! Question is: what's the best way to properly fill out those cartomizers? I was dripping juice into it, and think I put too much as I got some in my mouth for few couple of puffs

Do you mean like the Mega or Jumbo cartos from Ikenvapes or NHaler? For those you can use a condom fill, though it may take several (2 - 2-1/2) before you get to the point where juice starts coming out the top. When that happens, wipe the mouth piece, blow through it to a tissue held on the battery end, wipe off the threads and you should be good to go.

What's a condom fill? I know it's using the tops that come on the cartos but what do you do with them?

The problem you are having isn't that you put too much in. After you fill it you should put the top back on cover the bottom with a paper towel and blow through it until juice stops coming out. Happy vaping!
