Eastmall has blank cartomizers in stock so you can add your favorite juice.

The trick to filling a cartomizer is centrifical force.

Put about 20 drops in your carto,

now-- put the little plug in in the bottom
and put the rubber cap and white cap back on,
I also put the rubber end caps on too.

The put the carton in something like the finger of a glove or whatever will keep the atty end of the carto facing out and spin like crazy.
About 10 or 20 spins will do it.

You can do the whole dance again
and add 5 or 10 drops more.
This will make the carto act
like a brand new cart from the factory.

Mary Kay--

thanks for this--
it is brilliant , and exactly what I do to refill mine,

I will post this around the forums,

thankyou -------

It is a great idea, but it's Taryn's not mine..I am just repeating her fabulous trick!

I found a lovely man who does video reviews,
he has done a nice one on refilling the cartys
I have asked him to post it here for us,
if he does not,
I will go get it and post it for us ........
;)

c'mon babe, post it here for us-----

how are yall spinning these carts and such Im new and all and havent done much research on filling carts since i got my first ecig like 8 months ago. but Im interested in this info because it gets an idea ticking in my head for a cart centrifuge. kinda like what they use in hospitals to separate components of blood. But for us to fill out carts efficiently.

after class are over im going to experiment with building a centrifuge maybe that holds 6-8 carts at a time and see if it works and is worth it. fill your carts and put them in the centrifuge for maybe 5 minutes and then take them out top off again and back into the centrifuge for another 5. and test them versus dripped carts ,syringed carts, factory filled carts, etc. just an Idea.

I don't think you will need 5 mins. About a minute should do it! LOl. I have a bag that is about the width of a finger of a glove and I can fit 3 carto's in it..I spin it around like a flapper spinning her beads. It doesn't take but about 10 spins when done very fast.
The main thing is to have the atty end facing outward and putting all the plugs and endcaps on..or you are going to get juice all over the place!
I don't know why a plastic glove like you get with hair color kits (which of course I don't need..lol) wouldn't work.
let us know how your experiment goes!

yes, Mary Kay,
I do not use hair colour either,
this gorgeous red in my hair is totally natural, -- aaaheeemmmm!!
but those gloves are good,
but I get boxes of free ones from the ambulance service also,
so I am all set........:)

I have to say, I have also tried the method described by KC in his video review, for the refilling of the cartys,--
his method also works superbly---------
so there we go -- we have a couple of ways to go with this-----:)

Thanks KC ----:pervy:

A simple motor connected to a battery pack with a toggle switch. Find a way to fasten the cart to the motor ( and counter balance, although they are light enough that I'm sure anybody could handle the shaking caused by the unbalanced load ).

Plug in the cart, flip the switch, done :) Hmmmm shall I build a prototype? :p

haha I didnt say for a minute this would be complicated. I just like machines and making stuff.... out of other stuff.

yeah i was thinking the same basic thing. I had been thinking to test the idea a cheap cd player would work for all the parts I would need. and I mean walmart cheap! saves me trips all over the place for parts (motor, plat form and controls) . I was thinking crack the lid off the cd player, permanently disable the saftey on it ( the pin switch that interrupts the cd from spinning while the lid is open) and use some cheap soft foam to make pockets to fit the carts on the top of the CD and your good to go I think. CDs spin fast enough. added bonus though if you burn the cd (say its a cheap CD-R you got laying around) with your favorite music...... you could listen to music and centrifuge your carts at the same time. as for counter weights you wouldnt need them so long as you did the geometry right and had an even number of carts.... vibration should be minimal.

this idea is more about convenience of filling multiple carts in large numbers and centrifuging them all at once consistently. If I get around to doing this Ill be trying 8 at first and then go 10,18, 20, 30. because I think it would be great to have 20+ filled carts just ready to go.

cons: start up may be slow the more carts involved( not sure of EM4 anatomy until mine gets here I have the idea based on janty mini fogger carts size) and after a while you may get tired of the mix on that cd..

Pros: consistent mass cart filling may be possible. probably cool looking and fun to watch. and you can listen to your favorite artist while you wait.

Di you can easily guess what kind of kid i was growing up. there is a reason my mom didnt like buying me toys......

Yes, hokk

I can see you now, sitting on the carpet,
the pretty wrapping paper in shreds
where you ripped it frantically apart
in your anxiety to get into the package---8-o8-o

then you in the center of an array of large and small parts -
scattered in total disarray around you
a small whirling piece in your hand,
as you stare at the last and only surviving piece with huge,
fascinated eyes-----
brain working at 100 miles an hour, as you try to work out----
now just exactly how does this thing work, -------8-o8-o:):)

LOLZ Di you are right on the money the only thing you could add at the very end is
fascinated eyes-----
brain working at 100 miles an hour, as you try to work out----
now just exactly how does this thing work, and how can i back it better, faster, stronger, or more exciting.

Di my friends thought i was a bad kid at home growing up because i would get alot of clothes for presents. the real reason was almost every electronic device i got as a present aside from a TV or VCR would be dissmantled examined closely and then modified into something i actually wanted. For instance every Radio controlled toy car was dissassembled and parts from other ones i had in the past that were savalaged were used to modify the new one into a much faster and exciting RC car. S.O.P. We are talking doubling the battery power supply to 20v dc, nearly 1900mh , bigger drive gears, better cooling, etc all at the age of 8-14, I had to have the fastest RC car in the neighborhood. main thing my mom didnt like about it was that i would frequently max out the toys when i mod them so they would only last so long. Ever seen a Tyco or Nikko R/C that you spent your Christmas bonus on for your cute little son burst into flames at 30+m
ph....... less than a month after you bought it.?????? haha My mom has.:D

Guess it makes sense that my major of study in college right now is Manufacturing systems with a concentration in Motorsports Technology now.
