Filling Smoketech DC 3.5 ml cartos

Well I got my package today to try these out as I have been so many good things about them. Now am trying to fill them - man, they take a lot of juice! My question is ... is the filler supposed to become wet looking all the way to the bottom? I am finding that before it saturated ALL the filler, it is coming out the bottom which, to me, would indicate that it's time to stop adding juice? Or ... do you leave them sit and 'soak' for a couple of hours on that first fill? I would imagine that the first one is the hardest, right?

Okay - think I figured it out. Did kind of a cross between a thermometer shake and a Taryn spin, lol. Anyway, the filler is looking good now, squeezed a few more drops in so that the top is looking nice and moist and ready to give it a go. Sometimes you just have to sit and think about things for a minute or two.

An easy way to do this is just get either a syringe or a Luer Lock bottle. These things are the best for carto filling

Thanks for the tip! I do have a syringe but it seems way too big or maybe it is just because it has such a blunt end. I am just blown away for these cartos though. Had no idea that the flavors were that fabulous until now!! I'll never be going back to the tanks that came with the Ego T again!

Yeah the blunt tip ones okay. I usually replace that with an 18 gauge needle and they work great.

There are so many great little odds and ends out there to make life easier.
