Filling & Using Blank Cartomizers

I recently started filling and using blank cartomizers. I've been putting about 20 drops in and letting it sit a little. It seems like the fluffy, absorbent part of the cartomizer starts to dry out through the day. Should I be "topping it off" during the day or just waiting for vapor production to get lower? Is it a better idea to just fill it every morning?

I use the condom method it works pretty well. Also I do like to top mine off that way I dont burn out my cartomizer or get that nasty taste when there is no more liquid. Remember to let it sit after taking a few vapes or rotate cartomizers ( thats what the folks at Vapure told me) it lets the liquid wick towards the coil.

I fill with 20 drops or so and let it sit for a while before vaping it and then refill once the smoke/taste diminishes. This method has worked great for me.
