OK, I sent about 6 new vaple (people who vape) to your site and they told me about the "Final Pre-Order". They didn't place an order because they thought it meant you are going out of business and that you'll no longer be selling them.
Maybe the wording on the site could be a little more intuitive or an explanation or better yet, drop the final pre-order language all together.
