Been looking for a long time for a new mod to use my 26650 batteries & FINALLY found one. It's an Encom TNT80. Very simple, small 80 watt mod. No bells and whistles, but it's a great little mod so far. Got it Fri afteroordering it from vaporbeast duringthe ir labor day sale. Got it for around $66. Here's a few pics, one shows it next to an istick 50w for a size comparison.

Thanks for the pics, especially the comparison to the iStick50w. :thumb:

I've been looking for a mod thick enough to support an EHPro Evil Eye (30mm "26650" tank), but compact enough to pocket. This just might be it.

I didn't see any dimensions on their site though. Any chance you could measure the thickness of the case?

All good.... more than likely it's right around 30mm.
What battery are you using that gets the best performance/life? I don't vape over 40W in my Evil Eye so I'm looking to get the highest charge capacity safely possible in a 26650.

Also I'm curious if your buttons rattle at all. My iStick100w rattles like crazy, so if the Encom does too, that's a deal breaker.

I'm using MNKE 3500mah. It does have a little battery rattle, but it doesn't bother me. In a couple reviews they had a gap between the atty & top of the mod which would've driven me crazy! Everything I've put on is flush. I can deal with button rattle, but not gaps.... Lol

It is 93*43*30 mm duc916 sir. The indent for the atty is 22 mm. Hope that helps. Enjoy the day!:2cool:

Just a heads up on a killer deal: https://www.vaporworld.biz/new/encom-tnt-26650-80w-box-mod/

When my bud sent me this link about 2 hours ago they had 25 black in stock, they are now down to 21 left but have about 280 silver.

I saw this mod at a local store and thought it was great but they wanted $80 and $14 for a single 26650. Got it from the above link with 2 efest 26650's for about $60 shipped, couldn't pass up a deal like that.

Just got mine in yesterday and have been vaping away for about 7 hours yesterday and 6 hours so far today and the battery is at about 50%. Working like a champ with my Crown tank between 40 to 50 watts on the .25 ohm coil.

Here is a comparison pic with my Kanger Kbox which is a single 18650:

So far I am loving it with just some minor quibbles. The buttons rattle on mine but only if you shake it, they are nice and clicky though. The battery is a little tricky to install but I had already watched Mike Vapes youtube review so knew that was the case and it went in on the 3rd try. Not use to a mod that goes into standby on it's own but just giving it 5 clicks when it does is not a huge deal. I like the threads on the 510 better on the Sig, just feels more solid with less wiggle.

Does anyone know if the TNT 80 has a startup boost or something like that? I only ask as even at 40 watts my Crown with .25 ohms doesn't spit back like it does on the Sig. Seems like the coils heat up fast right from the start with the TNT so the juice doesn't have a chance to spit back. I am really liking that as I am not a high wattage vaper but generally run my Crown with .25 ohm coils at 50 to 60 watts on my Sig to avoid spit back. I have been running the TNT at 40 to 45 watts since yesterday with my Crown and it has been great.

It definitely is a solid mod, weighs 300 grams with battery installed. Even though the Sig 150TC is just a little lighter at 281 grams when batteries are installed it feels more significant in hand. I am guessing because the TNT is more compact that adds to the perceived much more weight. I added the Crown to the Sig to make the total weight about 356 grams and the TNT still seems a little heavier in hand even though it is 56 grams less.

It has only been about 24 hours that I have had it but so far I am loving it. At $41 shipped from vapor world I think it is a steal if you don't need TC. If I didn't already have the Sig 150TC and had to choose I would choose the TNT and pocket the $30 difference. I still love my Sig but if DNA 200 mods come down to a reasonable price I will probably keep the TNT and sell the Sig to replace it with the DNA 200 or something with the Yihi SX350J chip or whatever they make to replace it.

A friend of mine who I got into vaping has one of these. I'm not sure where he got it from. I think one of his co-workers. I've used it a bit and it seems very rugged and durable albeit heavy, for me at least. Otherwise a great little mod all around. IIRC, he has the Tobeco Super Tank Mini on it and it's pretty great on flavor but it seems like it's a bit more of a cloud chucker set-up than I'm used to.
