Yes yes, I know you all know me and know I've had one forever.

But never has it performed to my standards until today, when my rebuild kit arrived, and I was able to install a brass firing pin.

Check it.

With this set-up my voltage drop is about 0.4, which is insane. The time from the button press to the coils (26G A-1, 5½ wraps around 1/16" drill bit) getting white hot is too fast to measure.

My buddy at the local B&M calls me and my recruits "Reo-Nazis." Silly as it seems, in my local vaping community, clouds, voltage drop, and coil quality all come into play when determining who's best. Today, when I showed him my voltage drop of 0.4 versus his voltage drop of 1.4 on a $200 Nemesis, he was left speechless. Further damaging his ego was a fellow employee so impressed by my modded Reo that he claims he'll be getting one soon as well. Looks like this new breed of Nazi regime will be far more successful than the last. HEIL ROBERT!

(Disclaimer: I do not support Hitler, his atrocious methods, or his plans for world domination in any way, shape, or form.)

It's funny how vaping spawned a unique group whom become so competitive on appearance and possession of specific gear. Walking into your B&M feeling like God himself because you have an impossible to find unique 300$ mod with an impossible to find 200$ RBA with a 12 coil build running at 0.001 ohm which destroys all visibility in entire vape shop with one hit. Ha ha

Beautiful device sir and congrats on your brass firing pin. I'm interested in REOs as I've heard nothing put praise for them but not sure if I'm interested enough to actually buy one.

Wow. Those coils are just pouring out the plume man. Congrats on the upgrade. I don't go lower than 1 ohm but now that Rob is selling Reos with the capability, I'll have them on my radar for a future purchase. Gorgeous pictures by the way. Nice camera. That plume looks suspended in time right in front of me. What are you using? DSLR?

Not even close. It's an 8.0 Megapixel Olympus I got for senior graduation, which was in 2007. It was top of the line then. I use the "Cuisine" setting, which focuses on close objects without destroying detail, and still uses a flash. Then, after I upload the images onto my computer, I crop them with the stock photo editing program.

Here's a pretty cool example.

How did you make that fuse?

All credit to pdib.

Please note that if you have a painted mod, you will need to either remove the paint or use the spring base to ground out the connection.

I thought they looked neat but yeah, it did look like the camera wasn't focusing on any particular thing. However, the overall picture looked nice. I figured it was a nice camera. 8-10 pixels is just fine for forum post pictures, thats for sure. My "nice" for pictures is subjective though. I'm one of those people that stay up late on ebay trying to snipe expired polaroid instant film & 35mm for my Holga because I love high contrast subject, red shift, milky, grainy background, black corner, nostalgic pictures :p
