Finally! In stock 801 fusion standards!

I finally had the chance to buy the 801 fusions (in stock as of this morning), and I can't wait to get them! I've been using their 510 platinums and they are great, but all this talk about 801 fusions has me really excited to get these next week!

Anyone else use them and have good stuff to say?

I got a dozen of the 801 Fusions (punched) about 3 weeks ago. I've only tried two so far.

The first was a complete bust. Extremely harsh, unvapable. I checked the ohms on the Provari and that measured out what it was supposed to be. I considered it a bum carto. (It happens)

I tried the second one just a few days ago. It is still going strong. I can't say that I've noticed any difference between it and the Platinums that I use also. That's all that I've got to add at this point. I haven't looked at the website today yet, but I know Ikenvape was going to offer the Fusions in a 510 connection, eliminating that stupid adaptor that was needed for the 801's.

Yeah they have 510 fusions, but I had to jump on the 801's not only because they get a bunch of hype, but it's like the only fusion series carto available (except the xl one). I needed cartos anyways, guess i'll see soon how they work out!

Are yall using the 801s on a tank? I use them in my IBT tank, but it sits off of my eVic about a quarter inch because of the wider lip on the bottom of the carto...have yall had this problem?

Yes, I use the IBTanks, also. Apparently the few mods that used the 801 thread have a deeper connector pin in the top that would hide the buldge that's on the battery end of the 801 Fusions.

The fusions (to me) have a lighter draw and give a bit more flavor, they aren't that different from the platinums though. I hate the adapters , I have to gently file the post on them down to get them to sit flush and not kill my 510 connections.

The mantis and the fusions are a perfect fit though with the mantis having a deep drip well with the connection on the bottom. I hope he gets those 510's fusions in stock soon, I'm dying to try them.

OP, are you finding the fusions any different than the platinums?

Ive recently only been using Platinum and 801 cartomizers (as well as Smoktech Dual Coil 1.5 ohms and Smoktech Single Coil 2.0 ohms) and there is certainly a difference. its just what most people said lighter draw better flavor, i love them. Ikenvapes twitter says theyre restocking almost everything this week, anyone know when? i gotta get more 801's and try some 510 801's lol
