@raziel: actually i will recommend you to try 1 stick of analog... DO NOt buy... jus take 1 from a friend... trust me... u will jus hate the smell when you 1st popped the analog to your mouth and start puffing it away... after that you problly won't wan another stick anymore...

Yesterday was my first working day after switching to e-cig. Had a bad flu the whole day. Not too sure if it is because I watched Chelsea-Man City until 2am. Haha.

Today still have the flu like symptoms, abit of sore throat, and feeling abit tired despite sleeping more the night before.

Is this because I vape too little when I am at work? I used to smoke an analog once every 2hrs. Now I only vape while driving to work, a few puffs when I go to the toilet and thats all.

Whenever I quit smoking cigs for a while, I will feel damn tired the first week. Then when i finally catch up on all the sleep, I realized I have more energy throughout the day. Don't have to sleep as much to feel awake the next day.

Is switching to vaping similar to quitting analogs using nicotine gums? I think I'm having withdrawal symptoms. Not like I'm craving for analogs. But more like flu, headache, tiredness, puffy eyes.....

Funny, how come you all have these side-effects when quiting analogs.
I tried quitting many times, longest was 4 yrs but i hv never experienced side-effects or nic withdrawals before.

My nose would start to leak whenever I tried to quit smoking.

The sore throat could be because you are not drinking enough water.vaping makes my mouth dry too.Which level of nicotine liquid did u get josblbsg?

Actually 16mg really is quite rough already. Next time try some lower mg nic liquids. Then just see which one fits you or which one you like best
