Most of you have have probably seen me around here as one of many guests in small print at bottom of page in the last few weeks. Truth is have been lurking in many forums. I chose this one to join because the tone here is amazingly friendly and made up of some extraordinary and down to earth people. To the too many to name I say THANK YOU for your unknowing help in getting me to be an informed newbie. The wealth of info here is incredible and this forum is not just a bunch of 'know it alls'.
Of course we all have one, and I am no exception, so here are mine. Opinions that is, to new vapers like myself. PV's, I chose my first PV without knowing much, although not dissatisfied, just a little dissapointed. But I knew there was better, and did not give up right away. The super-mini I got first I now use for testing DIY liquids by dripping, so as not to waste a whole cart full of juice testing. I was a heavy smoker and am now very happy with my 510 and 4072. Flavors, I was a heavy smoker and now after only a few weeks of not smoking I can just begin to actually taste some of the flavors, but I still am not satisfied with them. Stick with the regular or menthol and just try a flavor once in a while until you can enjoy the full flavor. Mixing the flavors stronger yourself does not seem to be doing much so far, but I can see that my sense of taste is starting to get better. Give it time. NIC mg, be careful with higher nic levels in the beginning. You will find you don't want to stop vaping constantly. In fact with the best info I could find on the net, doing the math, I realized that I may have been inhaling about 30% more nicotine than I was with analogs the first week I began vaping. Purely from enjoyment, experimenting and handling juice. I definately reccomend using a syringe to fill carts and holding the carts in paper towels. Most people don't anyways, but, drink lots of water. I found that it offsets a lot of common side effects of converting. I am not a fan of the bottled stuff myself, but if it makes you feel good, buy more...just make sure you include some kind of flouride for your teeth if that is all you drink.
Most everything you can find out here at ECF, and I can tell you I have not found any misinformation, wreckless advice or worthless opinions. I hope that I can uphold the values found here in my future posts.
