Finally pulled the trigger this morning, and ordered a sigelei ZMAX v2. Pretty stoked because I think I got an amazing price, but kinda nervouse that I'm gonna eff up my first Mod. Any of the vets that have experience with one can offer some tips? I use 2 different tanks right now; Kanger t-2 (1.8 ohms, and I already bought the connector piece) and just a standard 1.5 ohm DCT tank.

I'm sure you will enjoy it. The biggest thing I can recommend is to start at the minimum voltage or power setting and work your way up. Unlike many eGos and mods that will hit a maximum power wall early, the ZMAX will easily toast those low resistance cartos you are using if the voltage is set to high. Just start low and watch your voltage and you will be fine. I have been using all higher resistance single coil cartos in the DCTs and they seem to hold up much better with the ZMAX.
Duly Noted. I will keep that in mind the next time I order some carto replacements.
