After 50 years of smoking I finally quit. I was diagnosed with a pre-cancerous condition of the vocal cords. It is rare but almost always caused by smoking.
Having tried e-cigs 2 years ago and only lasting a year with them, I dug them out and tried again. Now, 7 weeks later, I have been smoke free for 7 weeks! This is the first 7 weeks of forever.
