Over 3 Months Smoke Free

After 35 years of a pack a day, I have reached 3 months without smoking. I have tied my old record. I quit once before about 12 years ago but it took 3 weeks of hospitalization from colon cancer surgery. (I was only 38). I felt like an idiot. Surviving colon cancer and going back to smoking for another 12 years. This time it is for good I have no intentions of ever going back thanks to vaping. I dodged colon cancer. Hopefully I will also dodge lung cancer.
