Hello all,

New member here, I've been a ninja forum reader for a good while now and finally decided to register. I just finished reading the New Member Information section and I gotta say, some good stuff in there! lots of excellent information and very well written.

Now being a newb, of course I pretty much have newb equipment :) I have what I would consider an eGo clone? IDK, I bought it at a local convenience store. It has a manual battery and a screw on tank. The tank is a bottom coil and I'm pretty sure it is the standard eGo thread size (my friends eGo accessories all fit and work perfectly). So far it is working pretty good for me. produces decent vapor and the battery almost lasts all day. It has kept me off analogs for 2 weeks now so at least its doing what its supposed too.

Well thats a little about me, I have been lurking around for some time now and thought I would come out from the shadows.

Welcome and congrats, you are where I was about a year ago. The main thing you may need is another batt so you always have one while the other is charging or dead. lol

Make sure to check out everything you can, on this site. There is so much fantastic vape gear out now that wasn't available a year ago, and many at a very decent price point.

If you plan on continuing vape, now that you have quit smoking, then make sure and get quality gear that will provide long service. My first rba that I purchased 9 months ago, is still in my daily rotation, and imagine I will still be using the Russian, next year too.

You found the ecf early on, so that's a big plus, I had to do the cig-a-like thing first, then the ego and tank, before finding this site. Here is where I learned 90% of all I know and can do with vape. I now mix my own DIY juice, at substantial savings, build and wick all my coils, use both regulated and mechanical mods, enjoy tanks and dripping rba's, re-buildable atomizers, and enjoy a wide range of very satisfying vape.

If you yearn for a better and more satisfying vape then the level you are at right now, well my friend, it's out there, having a good knowledge base of what is vape possible is the best advice I can give anyone. I used to research every little detail about every thing for weeks before purchasing, now it's like when something comes along that is vapetastic, I can quickly recognize it is and snatch one before they are gone, or see that it's not something that would interest me. I really hate it when a $150 piece of gear comes along that fit all my vape criteria, really click continue to check out.

Vape long and Prosper.!!!

Wow thanks for all the replies everyone! I am so happy to have found ECF early in my vaping journey. I ordered a Halo G6 the other day so I have something that is somewhat cig like for in the car (driving is a major trigger for me) and for back up at home where my primary is this eGo thing. I actually found a thread last night and learned how to clean my coil via dry burning. Wow it worked great it feels like a brand new atomizer.

ECF is so full of great info. I love it!

Vape on y'all!

Good for you Scotts. Two weeks is indeed something to celebrate. (As I recall after my 2 weeks Mrs. Kodiak let me take her to dinner and buy her some more shoes - funny how that works).

There's absolutely nothing wrong with your gear either and I truly love it when a tobacco company takes another massive kick to the groin. Keep giving 'em both boots my friend!
