It's a good thing I'm having issues w/said bank account then, everything does happen for a reason! I've been using a prepaid card that I have to add funds to in part to protect my wallet, from myself, and from fraud and the likes

If you use ebay, you can also verify via that way. Thats what I chose since I don't want to give up my bank account info to paypal I'm on the final stage (cause I forgot to check my ECF messages last night!)
