My question is if the one I ordered already has the "Replacement ProVari Spring" in it from delivery or did I had to order it separately?

Congratulations! I think that it comes w/ the new ProVaris but you can PM or email them. They'll confirm for you. I got an extra spring when I ordered the extension cap too.

Congratulations and same here in regards to the spring. I also received yet another spring and a transparent O ring for extra extension when I ordered the 2500 MAh batteries. Happy vaping, vaping life as you know it will change for the better
