The best chances to find a Provari in SG is to stalk the SG classifieds to see if there's anybody letting go their's. Otherwise it is not very possible to find a brand new Provari here. Even if there is, I'm sure the price for it will be a 'eye opener' kind of a pricing.
'Eye opener' as in the negative side.

Keep your eyes open on the classifieds or do abit of a intentsive readup on the older history and you will find something that will be good to know. I'm sure you do not want to have your items 'donated' to the authorities right?
