Of course, now I look at everything differently: how could I use this item for my new hobby/habit?

I have found some nice containers, carrying bags, etc. Ice trays for the fridge to keep the bottles of juices in. Shot glasses for mixing small batches to try. A nice crystal box for the coffee table to put my supplies in there. Still looking for a tool box or cosmetic box of some kind.

For you modders, there are tons of electronic items, who knows what they could be...

And now I am saving all this stuff I used to throw away: tiny bottles, little ziploc baggies, foam from packages (for customizing the carrying bags), etc.

Anybody found some good stuff at thrift stores or garage sales or free (freecycle, craigslist), or interesting uses for "junk"?

I know I've seen some suppliers state this, but can't remember off the top of my head which ones they are, but they suggest that you should refrigerate for long term storage. Whether or not that's true is up for debate I'm sure. I'd imagine it has to do with a lot of PGs and VGs not being completely water free, so you don't want the water steaming up and separating from the P/VG (likewise I can't imagine it freezing being good for it either).

We hit 116º a few weeks ago, and my liquid was quite cool in the closet. I only ask because no juice supplier says to "refrigerate".

Its not saying much, but Johnson Creek states plainly on their site that refrigeration will extend the shelf life from 6mos to 8mos. I fear thats where some are getting this. I only refrigerated my two bottles of johnson creek, the rest are at room temp away from sunlight. And I never vape the JC in the fridge, so good thing they have 8 month shelf life...and they will probably still expire.
