Firing Problems Tesla Invader

Hey all

been having an issue with my tesla invader. Basically sometimes when I fire it will only fire a small pulse and stop firing. Sometimes it will happen and then work fine for another 10-15 draws or so and then happen again. Sometimes it pulses for a split second but sometimes it will stop 1-2 seconds into the draw. The batteries and the button are not hot at all.

At first I thought maybe it was my resistance being low as it was 0.3 so I went up to a 0.6 but the issue persists
Obviously no issue with same coils on IPV2

Using new samsung 25r. Any idea what the problem is, because I love this device. Feels great and hits awesome when it works.

Thanks

The atomizer is flush on the pin

If the atty is making good contact, trace the connection.
Next Would be the positive wire, if tight and solid, check the switch.

Something isn't making a solid contact.
There is a limited amount things that can go wrong.
Mechs are insanely simple devices.
If I had that box I front of me, I could sort it out in minutes.
Don't give up
We can find the problem.

Appreciate the help...without a doubt a very simple device.
This isnt a true mech mod from what I understand, since it has a PTC fuse in it

There is one connection that seems like it may not be soldered well...from the fuse to the button.
But the connection is there, posted some pictures in hopes that it can help.

Thanks so much again, was going to trash it but it was too beautiful.

My guess is the problem is in your button somewhere. The connections look fine even though the soldering isn't that good. Not sure how things go inside the hot glue though.

This mod has only the fuse but not a mosfet so the current passes thru the button (so it's not like the button pushes something to complete the circuit without current passing thru it). After long uses, it could mess up with your button.

Another possibility is the fuse which is like a circuit breaker so it kicks in when the current exceeds the limit.

I read that the invader II has 3 mosfets in it.
