quetion is should i fully charge riva 750 mah first or charge partly then use some then fully charge it have read to do both ways not sure which is correct ty

I charged mine per directions! I think it was like charge 8 hours even if the light goes green...use 20 minutes then charge couple hours more! Some say it don't matter but I did it that way and have had no problems with it in about 3 months!

I never payed attention to charging rules. Several people have said they don't need that 8 hours then use an hour then charge again stuff. Some non-Riva batteries I bought came 1/2 charged and I used one right out of the box while charging the other.
But it's up to you. I guess there's a chance doing so will make that battery not charge as well. If so, you could buy another battery and keep that one as an emergency spare.
