First Boxmod

Hey guys, just wanted to share some pics of my first boxmod. Nothing too special, just a basic mosfet build. I went with the clear plastic case just because I enjoy the look of raw wiring. Next one's gonna have a ptn04050 boost regulator, voltage display, and usb passthrough, but I think this is a start.

That's kinda cool with the wires showing. I've never seen one like that.

I actually like the clear box exposing everything. With that said I'd practice on routing wires to clean it up but I can't say anything myself since I have yet to build one.

I like the single battery. I want to build a single batt box for my first 1, but every nice box seems to be meant for 2 batts, granted havent looked to deep. Im looking for a Hammond powder coated box that size, something not to big.

Have you tried an rda or anything besides the nautilus on it yet?

The box I used is the same size as a Hammond 1590g. The sled needed a little modification to sit level because of some support notches in the box (it's designed to hold pcb cards) I dont think the aluminum cases have that problem though.

I haven't put an rda on this yet, but I did use my subtank with good results.
