Hey Halo ECF kids,

Okay so I had my first customer support call today about a leaking tank that came with my new Triton yesterday. The tank was leaking at the bottom where it's glued to the metal piece that threads onto the batt (hey it happens in manufacturing...it's all good).

Anyway, big thumbs up for my first contact with Halo's customer support .

And you opened the door to profiteers which will not have your moral compass.
If I was you I would delete the details and just say how great CSR at Halo really are.

tru dat....while i approve of girlz that have moral compasses with magnets stuck on them. CSR folks should be held to a higher standard
