Just wanted to give Halo a quick shout out. Got my first two Triton tanks last week. Unfortunately one of the two had a head that was DOA. Hey chit happens. Called CS and they took care of it with no issues. Called Friday and the replacement head was here today. Shipped via Priority. That is how you take care of your customers

dont have it on hand, but they put their phone number on the physical invoice inside the box they ship stuff to you. i kept the one from my original starter kit just in case i need to call and RAAAAAAAGE! or speak to someone cuz i'm lonely.
