First copper mod

    3/4" copper pipe,3/4"x1/2" female pipe adapter 3/4"x3/4" male pipe adapter,1/2" brass plug,510 large hole connector from mad vapes,3/4" brass pipe cap make sure it's brass,solder wick from Radio Shack,the neg end spring came from Ace hardware,a stick of 1"pvc or polypro round stock try ENCO or MSC for that,the switch parts were made from scrap bronze valve stem and a 3/8 brass bolt, the spring is an old gun part you will have to find one that will work.:)

    If you ever consider selling these (cheaply) please let me know?
    Also, what parts exactly need to be lathed?... Hate to ask such a nooby question, but never made a mod before!

    Almost every part on it needed something done to it in the lathe

    Ok, now i understand. So As long as the positive side is not touching anything accept the center post when the switch button is depressed it completes the circuit. How is the inside portion of top (positive side) not touching the pipe also? Do you have anypics?

    Well lets see if I can explain so you will understand,inside the head end of the mod is a piece of polypropylene machined for a light press fit into the pipe and brass head,the switch body has a liner made of the same stuff with the spring counter sunk into it.the positive post in the 510 connector has a solid 14 ga wire soldered through it and also the top positive post you see in the switch hole,the bottem positive you see in the switch hole looks much like the pin made out of bolt you see in pic's but larger and is pressed through the insulator from the bottem
