Isis, I could be wrong, but I think they're only grabbing shipments from China. So...you should be okay if you order anything from a company here in the U.S. I see you're in Tulsa....me too! Did you know that Vapor Kings is in Sand Springs? I buy a lot of stuff from them and it gets to me the next day! Can't beat that. They're even opening a storefront....it's supposed to be open by next Monday. Anyway, I order stuff all the time and I don't worry about the FDA unless I have something coming from China.

Grats!!!! You did it!

One thing I do is I have an extra battery (besides the ones that are charging overnight) so I leave my PV set up and ready to vape. It was throwing me off to have to assemble something before I could sate my morning cravings, and I found it a bit stressful and disruptive to disassemble it for charging at night right before going to bed - seemed so final. So now I just leave it set up with the spare battery.

well done man!!!!!!!!!!!!!! although i've always stated that i started using a pv to cut down on cigs rather than quitting, im finding myself more drawn to giving up all together. i went from a full pack of cigs a day to 2 a day from the first day i vaped, that itself is a huge achievement. and although im still having the odd analog i never, repeat never have any cravings other than first thing in the morning (sleeping for hours without nicotine) :) sometimes out of habbit i will just go and light up first thing, take 2 drags and go wtf why am i doing this, tastes horrible, though i must admit i love the smell of that first cig burning (maybe just light up and leave it burn may be an idea for me lol). i've tried quitting before and it's not the habbit that defeats me it's the telling myself im quitting that drives me nuts................so maybe thats why i keep saying im using a pv to cut down and not quit and it will just happen one day without me noticing, and then i wont have to go through the crap my brain throws at me when it knows im quitting lol...........................keep up the great work, your doing a great job!!!!! :)

Also waiting impatiently for the Vapor Kings retail location as I am located in BA and work in Tulsa. It will be very nice should I have a catastrophic failure of some sort and need parts quickly. Someone earlier mentioned that not buying more cigs had been a struggle, and I think I alleviated that via just dumb luck on my part. You know that feeling you got when you ran out of analogs, the one where you would begin searching clothes, nooks, back packs, suitcases, coats, cars, cupboards, etc? I hated that feeling every time I ran out but it was like a mild panic attack especially if my girls were already in bed and I knew I couldn't do anything about it until morning. When I got my ecig, I consolidated about 8 random analogs into a single pack, which I palced in the console of my truck. Today, that pack still sits there, with three of them in it, and my plan is to leave it there until they turn to dust simply to remind me that I no longer need them or want them.

Well, looks like I made it to the next day without an analog - for the first time in 25 years!

I can also see by some of the signatures that many of you are also just off analogs in recent days - congratulations to all of you - to us - ECF rocks!

Now if only my Gourmet Vapors and Backwoods Brew orders would get here so I can chain vape with some yummy new stuff!

No matter how I quit b4, pills, patches, cold turkies, I was always craving that throat hit nicotine to I suppose. This is the 1st thing that gives me an alternative. Different hot for sure but better than nothing and sure as h*** better than having the real thing. I've bought 1 pack since 12/12/10 and I hadn't fully got into a routine of always having batteries charged. It took a week to kill that pack and haven't had another analog in 2 weeks. I can feel so many benefits physically coming back and I can take a big ol' hit anytime I want. Just having it there lessens the cravings for using it. Was puffing madly at first, like it was too good to be true. Certainly slowing down now and enjoying it more.
Good luck to all and Happy Trails,
Dave

I was fully expecting to still be on analogs for a while - the craving is a little worse today because I can't seem to get a good hit - need to clean my atties - but now that I see it's possible to avoid analogs ocmpletely without it being the end of the world, it's easier to avoid them...

Also testing out my shiny new signature. ;-)

That first smoke in the morning is the hardest for almost everyone I think.

My problem was that I needed that first vape of the day to work always, every time, with no hassles.
Cartridges were always a bit iffy, were they going to hit good, or were they not?

It wasn't until I started dripping that I got to the point where I could vape away without any stress or strife.
That is how I slayed that morning cigarette for good.
:)

For people that really want to stick with cartridges or cartomizers, sure, why not.
But at least consider dripping first thing in the morning, if at no other time.

I'm still looking forward to my 1st analog-free day, but that's only because I wasn't properly stocked up with the extra battery and plenty of carts & refill juice. However, all that arrived this afternoon so I'm hoping tomorrow will be the big day. Even so, the fact that I've gone from 20+ down to maybe 5 is amazing in itself. I find I enjoy (dare I say crave) my new favorite flavors, and the taste of an analog is just... yuck. Plus I can tell my voice is getting less raspy. This is a truly amazing product that I wish I had started long ago.
