Assuming you are going to use the flavoring at 10% and you are making 5ml of juice, you would use 1.7 ml of the 26 mg nic base, 2.8 ml of PG or VG with no nic, and 0.5 ml of flavoring.

You definitely need to find a good E-Liquid Calculator there are a bunch of great ones out there....If you have a smart phone i suggest downloading a app for simple mixes and fig. out how much nic you need to add. I used the android E-Liquid Calculator (little penguin icon) works pretty well and is free.
Just do a lot of research before you take the challenge and always be safe. Nicotine is not a joke.
