I really appreciate all of the positive responses. I read a lot and looked at bunches of recipes and I feel better about my percentages. I know what you mean about the cappuccino by the way! I have TFA Cappuccino and I mixed at 7% and it was so strong that it overpowered anything I tried to mix with it. I will have to visit that flavor again as I love cappuccino juices.
