First DIY order. Suggestions please.

I'm going to order through Healthcabin for delivery to Japan. It's my first DIY so I thought I'd run it past you guys first.
I'm looking for the best cost/performance ratio, and I'm aiming for 75%PG 25%VG

So I plan to buy

115ml PG plain nic juice 36mg
30ml VG plain nic juice 36mg
10ml VG plain nic juice 36mg
115ml concentrated flavor RY4 (out of stock on the 30ml)

Also one each of GV and PG 115ml plain glycerine to adjust strength down from 36mg.
I may need to adjust the RY4 flavor a little so I've added

10ml concentrated flavor caramel.
10ml concentrated flavor mint.

I figure I'd have enough to make about 170ml of 36mg RY4, and then I can adjust strength down to 24mg with 15ml of plain VG and 45ml of plain PG. for about 230ml total plus however much caramel/mint I use to "tint" it.

Any suggestions, criticism or advice greatly appreciated!
