First Juicy Liquid Order! OOPS... or not?

Thought I'd post my opinion here on my first order with Juicy Liquid. I've had my eye on their French Roast Coffee juice for a while now and decided to order some as well as some DIY supplies. I placed my order and wouldn't you know it my wife pulled me away as I was ordering. Came back and my order timed out. Went back in and redid my order breezing through it. It wasn't until I double checked my email that I noticed I didn't order French Roast Coffee flavor. I ordered Banana Nut instead. I immediately emailed the orders address requesting if it could be changed. All I had gotten were the usual order received / being processed emails. Then I got the email stating it had been shipped. So I was a bit on pins and needles since I hadn't gotten a reply from them. At any rate I got my package today and sure enough it was the Banana Nut liquid. Never got a response from orders@juicyliquid.com. So at this point I said to heck with it and mixed the whole flavor bottle with the nic juice and started to vape it. All I gotta say is... HOLY FRICKIN COW. I am in awe at the flavor. It is *PERFECT*. Am I going to fault juicy for not replying? NOPE. Am I lucky? YES. I never would have otherwise tried the liquid and omg the banana nut is to die for. All I gotta say is Hats OFF to ya'll. Seriously great tasting, full flavor juice nic juice. Everything on the order was EXACTLY as I chose (minus MY mess up). It was processed quick and shipped quick and was received quick. Thanks again!!

Thank you! I am so glad that you enjoyed the Banana Nut! :) It is some yummy stuff if I do say so myself...

As I type, Jaaxx is fixing the issue with the email. I really appreciate your posting this as we were totally unaware of the email issue. We were not receiving any emails at orders@juicyliquid.com. We can be reached directly from the website or at juicyliquid@gmail.com. I sincerely apologize to you and anyone else who may have sent an email to the "orders" address.

P.S. Email issue corrected!
