first plume veil build, thoughts? suggestions?

Couldn't resist picking up an ehpro plume veil today. I built it very much like Ive been building my tugboat. The vape at 30w seems to be nice and airy and not too hot but I wanted to see if you plume veil pros saw anything inherently wrong with my build. thanks

I prefer mine in single coil mode at about 0.5 ohms.

Overall, I do not like the Plume Veil at all for general use, but it is ideal for juice tasting.

I sure hope yours doesn't spew as much juice and condensation as mine does.

I love my plume veil, but I would say that there is a lot of cotton in there. I cut my wick 'tails' off about a 1/4'' past the deck and it still holds 12-16 drops. I am using rayon.

That's about the amount of cotton I'd use... Just preference I guess

Too much cotton for my builds. I like to leave airflow from the negative posts and plenty in front and under the coils. But I do less wraps (6/5 wraps of 24 gauge) to drop down to about .21 ohm. My mech mods put out around 85 watts for this build.

I am surprised that those coils even heat up in reasonable amount of time at 30 watts.

My coils are 10 wrap 26g coils. The build comes out to .6ohms and the vapor is instant at 30.6w. I do think ill experiment with a bit less cotton, so far it seems pretty good but I wouldnt do more and im curious what less vapes like

Basically, if this build was on a fully juiced mech a 4.2v hit would be 29.4ish watts. So, im putting more power to it than a mech could anyways
