I was actually thinking "the disintegrator" since op likes marvin.

You could put a toggle switch on it to act as an on/off switch. Make it look even more like a detonator.

Momentary toggle could be done, But would be even less pocket friendly, It already is a little because of its size, But the button I use has an aluminum shroud around it, and the button is flush with the shroud.
