First post.... do people eventually quit ecigs?

I actually have set a plan to be at 6-0mg over the next 3 months. I started with 18, next month I will drop down to 11, the month after to 6. I may still vape but hopeful only on 6's or 0's, however I keep hearing that at those low mg's many flavors are unavailable, so I guess I'll be playing mad chemist.

Of course, if that plans fails and I stay vaping at least I won't be on analogs and I can live with that as I really do enjoy vaping and the vaping community.

it's not too bad for people who exercise regularly but it's bad for lazy ... like me
Is it really any worse than caffeine?

But going beyond that, can it actually be good for you?

From what I have been reading nicotine could really be good for you in small amounts? It is the tar and whatever in the analogs that kill?
