I understand this is more of an advanced question but since I am a new member this is the only place I can post this lol.

Anyway, just picked up a Hobo v2.1 rda (absolutely my fave rda to date) and see that in its specs listed it has a copper 101 510, It seems to be a different quality than my other copper mods/products and really hasn't changed very much in its shine or look, where as my FU hattan patina'd in like a day lol (same as with my other copper products).
So does copper 101 have some higher quality composition that allows it patina slower or even not patina at all?
Very curious and am also interested in the different metals and materials used in vaping in general so if you have any other info it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks! Long time lurker first time poster, ECF has helped me out in many many ways so I'm glad to finally be a part of this place.

Not sure about copper 101, but the copper on my Tobeco Knight mod doesn't seem to tarnish much at all either... nowhere near as much as my copper Tobh that sits on top of it! I thought maybe it's a coating or something, but I don't see any coating on the Knight... It's got a few dents and dings, but hardly tarnishes at all...
