Hi all! I switched to vaping over a year ago after my brother, who was suffering from lung cancer, moved into our home. I was still smoking on and off, but after he passed away, I found out I had colon cancer. THAT was when I chose to quit completely. I have been smoke free since November 2011 and have been trying various eliquids and ecigs. I joined this forum to find out about other users experiences, find out more about different ecigs and trade info on eliquids. My favorite site for eliquids is TotallyWicked.com. I usually get my cartridges from themagicmist.com (because I can get compatible batteries for just about any ecig I have). So glad I found this place... Glad to be here!

Thanks, Chimney34! Yep--glad I am here and glad I quit smoking :) My health goes up and down, but my lungs are clear and I'm thankful for that. I saw the effects firsthand of what tobacco can do to a person, and it's not pretty. ANYHOO, I just purchased a Riva 510 battery for the extra battery life and so far I love it! Of course, the only things I purchased were the battery, some cartos, the charger and (of course) some more eliquid from Liberty Flights. I see though, there looks like you could screw something else onto the battery, and (I feel stupid) I have no idea what it is. sooo....can anyone help me with what else can go on this battery? :) Thanks from a relative newbie to this particular battery ;) Vape on!

Thanks, Wandawag, I appreciate your comments. I miss my brother daily, but I know he is at least out of pain. It was horrible for him, and watching him go through it is not something I would ever want anyone to have to do. It could have been me, but the colon cancer (which is bad in itself) thankfully is in remission right now--because of the extensive surgery and chemo...Stage 4 with mets but i am here! :) Anyway, so glad to be here...still wondering about the other setups I hear about..loving my new Reva 510 battery. It blows the standard 510 batteries out of the water! ;) Slow but sure, that's me...:) Take care, and vape on!

Thanks so much Sexysod! I appreciate your words! I know I feel better both mentally and physically now that I quit smoking, and even though my body is not where I want it to be I have a far better chance of living now than when I was smoking! ;) Looking forward to hearing everyone's stories about their cigarette trials and ecig journies...as I mentioned, I switched from the Blu and other standard 510 batteries to the Riva 510 and I love it..just not certain what else can be attached to it...I see another spot where something else can be screwed on, but not sure what...any thoughts or ideas would be helpful (I have the cartomizers from Liberty-Flights but do I need a drip tip or anything else? (not even sure what that is! :) )
