Hello everybody. I been registered to the forum for about a year now. And its been 14 months since my last cigarrette. The forum has been very helpful and a source of knowledge and entertainment alike. Now is my time to become an active member so I have to rack up the posts.

Nice of you to "join" us. I spent a lot of time browsing in silence too before my first post. You do learn a lot more by reading than typing.

Thanks Towmotor. Yes I have learned a lot, and I keep doing it.
Now I'm going to talk a little bit about my self: I became a smoker at the age of 11 (very young), and I have quit maybe four times in my life. One when I was in college, I was doing a lot of excercise and that lasted 3 years, but went back when I started working. The other one when I got married, but lasted about a year (I went cold turkey, but gained like 30 pounds!) and another one when my first son was born, but lasted only three months, I used Champix, but was having very strage nightmares.

My relationship with smoking is weird, even thou I knew that it was going to kill me, I enjoy it a lot. Once a person told me it was a way for me to relate with my father (who died at 56 from emphisema). So continuing with my story: three years ago, my second child was born, and I tried to quit, but 3 months later I was smoking hiding from everybody including my wife and kids. This grew me farther away from my family, until I tried an ecig (generic ego batt with a C4 clearo), wow! what a difference! I remember thinking: This must be the invention of the century! And could not understand why this is not communicated to the world.
Now my vaping habit has evolved, but I am leaving that for another post.... stay tuned....

iGalileo and so glad you finally started posting. You have been missing one of the best parts of ecf and that is all the wonderful people on here. All the knowlege and support is just "gravy". Look forward to reading your posts. Happy vaping to you.

Hey InTheShade, I liked your post about fixing a ViviNova, I think I have a couple of boxes unopened somewere. I will look for them and go thru memory lane, when I was very happy with my ViviNovas.

Thanks for posting! Your story is a lot like mine. I was a closet smoker for years after I "quit" for the 4th or 5th time. After a few days with an ecig I smoked my last cigarette.

Thank you, I used to love my vivi novas. Once you figure them out, they can be a very good clearomizer. I still have one I use occasionally when I want that feeling that I've battled my way to getting a good vape
