This might be a jump in price but look into mini versions of provari or the zmax in 18350 mode

Uh, the Provari mini is a lovely device, but it is most definitely NOT smaller than a Twist...

Picked this up at the local shop in San Diego, vape Aura. Got an eGo 900mah with Evod. Really pleased with the size. Not a VV but solid at 3.7 volts.
