keeping it short cause i am tired and bout to go to bed, ordering from vapor4life on Thursday getting the vk-1000, my questions is about how long does one cartridge last compared to how long a pack would last you and also about how many refills on a 5ml juice if i where to order a couple.

How long a cartomizer lasts varies with the person. Most people seem to go through 1-2 per day but some people use more. A 5ml bottle of juice should last for at least 5 refills. The carts hold 1ml of liquid but you don't ever want to vape them dry or you'll ruin them.
