First real test

Stress and anger levels right now are through the roof and for the first time in nearly 3 months I wanted to smoke, a lot!

My room mate ( of 20 yrs ) used my car today, parked in a No Parking zone and got the car towed, that's all fine, he accepted responsibility paid the fees and got the car back. So of course I ask him if he checked the car and is it ok. NO it's not!!!!! My beautiful baby is damaged! ( I really love my car and take very good care of it ) The stupid towing company cracked the right hand grill and dented the hood next to the grill! I've got really good insurance so even if they fight the claim it's going to get fixed and cost me next to nothing, but that's not the point!

OK in the 20 minutes it's taken me to type this, I have been chain vaping and feel a bit better and the urge has passed!

I don't mean to minimize, but it's just a car. I'd be upset too but things will work out just fine, the inanimate object will be fine and isn't worthy of self destructive behavior!

it's not just a car! She is a precision tuned, beautiful piece of German engineering and my baby. Her name is Ursula.

Stress is my biggest trigger. Anger is second. If I can vape long enough to calm myself down, I find I can get through it. If you have a higher nic level available that seems to help. Biggest help is keep vaping and walking it off. Good for you for not smoking.
