Awesome! I've been putting it off. Do you need a multimeter to measure the resistance? Have one somewhere in our 4x4 box, but will first have to search for the manual - am a total idiot when it comes to technical stuff. Or will my Vamo's measurement be ok - am excited to collect my Vamo from our postal agency on Monday.

I don't have a multimeter, if you can read the resistance through the vamo,as far as I know, that should be cool

Hi, where did you buy the wire and wicks from. Im new to vaping and also want to rebuild the atomisers. I can get the wire from eciggies and the wick from skyblue but would rather get both from same supplier.

Hi Dirk - Great to see you on the SA forum. I also made my first coil for a Reomizer yesterday. Had ordered some wire and wick with the Reo from the US vendor (reosmods.com), but will certainly need more in the not too distant future. So am also interested in an answer here. Will also email Skyblue and ask whether they will be stocking wire. Lovely place Pennington, my parents used to live in Winkelshoek.

hi matthee, yes pennington is lovely. I mailed Melinda at skyblue and she says they will be getting stock of kanthal wire in the near future. She's got silica wick though. I see eciggies has got nichrome wire and fibre wick under their experienced vapors corner section. I think i will try that option for now. Also found a supplier for e juice with free shipping called Fast tech. Will also try them for e juice as its half the price although i will have to wait for the delivery.

I can't remember who it was on this forum, but they directed me to Zivipf Onlineshop for wire and wick.

You can get a real good price on the wire on ebay. That is where I get got mine. A lot of people use the cotton crochet yarn from the craft section at Walmart. It is real inexpensive. Check it out and good luck to you.

Make sure customs will let in juice with nicotine. They told my friend that they dont.

Hi, i ordered juice form skyblue and must say they are very fast. Ordered on Sunday night and today at 12 oclock it was here. And the shipping was free. I ordered the Liqua juice and must say i love the apple flavour. I also got the mini protank and it totally transformed my evod into a lovely vaping machine. The mouthpiece feels much better and a much less airy draw than the stock mouthpiece. I will try zipivf for the wire and wick.

Hi, which wire should i order and which wick works better. I am using an evod with a mini protank. I was thinking Kanthal 0.30 mm with silica wick. Im going to try zivipf.com

Hi Dirk - I use 30 gauge (that's 0.255mm) with rolled cotton on my REO. Have read that the rolled cotton works fine on the protanks. Just trim to size. Here are some super picture tutorials on how to recoil:
