First squonk mod, thinking a SunBox

I'm looking for my first squonk mod. I'm 99% convinced that I want a Sunbox E8. How often are these made available? From what I can find they are sold directly by the modder at (Welcome to SunBox Store and http://www.del-sole.it) and VapinArt. Am I missing other sources? I don't use FaceBook and have no plans to do so. Thanks for any advice you may offer.

Outside of the SunBox Lovers sales page on facebook that is the only other source I can think of other than the classifieds on here. I had a sunbox and sold it a year ago and regretted it as soon as I sold it. I have another on it's way but tracking hasn't updated since last week. I think the last batch has been done for the year but they put a batch of one kind or the other up each week (I believe on Fridays). Good luck because they sell out pretty fast.

I was able to contact Paolo directly and he has a Classic E8 with the Ultra Cup (14/22) he will sell me. I actually stood up from my desk and did a happy dance.

Nice! I got my first squonker, a Reo, yesterday. I have longingly looked at the occasional Sunbox that hits the classies, but eventually went with the Reo because I am an Old Skool mechanical kind of guy

Unfortunate turn of events concerning SunBox and Paolo. After contacting him via the SunBox website I was told that he had a E8 available for me. I was invoiced on PayPal and paid the invoice. After it didn't ship for some days I contacted him and he responded that he would have it available and shipped by the end of the year, that didn't happen. He is now disregarding my emails. I've opened a dispute on PayPal to recover my payment.

Has anyone had any dealings with Paolo that were not straight forward? Is he difficult to communicate with? I don't want to get into a dispute with a well know modder, but I don't feel I have any choice at this time. Comments? Advice? Any suggestions would be appreciated.
