What's missing in your recipe is the amount and strength of your nicotine base. Can't tell if the recipe would work or be safe without it.

One thing I would recommend with any recipe is trying a smaller batch maybe 5 mL to see how you like it.

And the second recommendation is checking out the DIY E-Liquid forum for a lot of good information. Read the stickies reguarding safety and mixing. A lot of good recipes and tips - tricks for mixing also.

p.s. Welcome to ECF!! :toast:

I'm not using any nicotine.
Do I still have to account for it?
With my limited equipment it's
Easier for me to make a larger batch.
I've read every thread I can find on
Flavoring e juice wth oils and spearmint oil.
I'll keep looking for threads. I've seen the lorann
Color chart.
I plan on vaping and storing my juice
In Pyrex and glass.
I have 2 nice glass tanks in regular use now.
I guess my main concern is how much should I be diluting the Spearmint oil down.
Obviously now my ratio is 1:1 vodka and spearmint oil.
The end product wasn't bad.
It had a good amount of vape and good
Strong spearmint taste, probably too strong for most people.
I'm just hoping that 1:1 is just not too low to be diluting this oil.
I'm gonna let it continue to steep and see what happens.

Thanks for the reply.

Nope, mixing 0% nic is fine, no need to account for the lack of nic.

I've always shied away from using oils, not great for inhalation. There are other flavor vendors that have water soluble flavorings for mints and many others. This is one vendor I use RTS Vapes- DIY Electronic Cigarette Supplies – Liquid Nicotine and they have a 10% off sale at the moment. Enter Blowout10 for the discount.
