First Sub-Ohm Build

Got my Mutation X V3 yesterday and after building some 1.4-1.5 ohm single coil builds on other rda's, took that experience and did a dual coil in the Mutation. Running an LG HE2 18650 for power, the build came in at .85 ohm using 8/9 wraps of 28ga kanthal. Wife decided her Tugboat wasn't cutting it, so bumped from a single to dual coil on hers today at .74 ohm. Holy cow that one chucks some vapor out of it and is smooth and not too warm at all at that range. The Mutation gets some good vapor, not as much as the Tugboat, but has really good flavor, even wide open using my DIY juice blend. I'm powering via a Munstro V2 clone and she has an Apollo clone with magnetic base/switch.

Sounds good suckerpunch! I like the .6 - .9 ohm range. My girlfriend runs .4 in her tugboat. Vape safe and enjoy!
