I decided to take the plunge with my first mech mod rig.
Thanks to the input of helpful veterans and reading I started with a simple configuration. C
A Asmod Cronos 21 Telescopic rig with an Efest 26500 3000mAh 3.7V.
Kracken rba tank clone with provided mesh and flatten Kanthal.
Still not too confident of venturing into the sub-ohm territory, and placating a very concerned sense of self preservation, I decided to err on the side of caution and built a 1.7ohm atty (a couple of extra rounds on the mesh)

Two things
- The TH was TREMENDOUS!
- The flavour was AWESOME!

I am so grateful for all the help the ECF community has provided!

Thanks all!

I gotta get a genny. Just so I can see. :?)
I am still trying to get a "handle" on the G tilt and holding it right.
First refill I got more juice on the table than in the tank!
First tilt and I had juice oooozing out of the airflow vent.
And without a syringe, refilling it is a nightmare!

You could say I was still looking for the G-spot :)

I switched out the Cronos Telescopic mod for a El Gigante clone with the MNKe IMR 26650. The telescopic grooved finish was begining to give me blisters!! [emoji23]. Anyways this smooth brushed finish beveled head on the El Gigante looks a lot better with the Kracken. Adjusted and trimmed the coil. Vamping at 1.2Ohms now. Big cloud big fun! Have a great day ahead all!
